Master Key Experience Week 7 – Visualization

Have you ever sat and “talked” to yourself? That’s what the daily sit for week 7 consisted of. But at the same time it wasn’t as in my mind I was Actually talking with a friend. It was a conversation and the telling of a story. I was sharing the story of my Definite Major Purpose (DMP) and the great adventure of achieving it. Sounds crazy but it’s another tool in the toolbox for changing my old blueprint and replacing it with a new one. Another way to interrupt my subconscious by reminding myself that there are no common people. A visualizing of the greatness that’s inside.

Haanel explains in 6.1 of the Master Key Experience how this mental imaging process “will serve as the pattern from which your future will emerge.” Ultimately by picturing in the mind what you will to be BEFORE planting the seed it helps the subconscious manifest it. And repeatedly visualizing it by replaying it in the mind via conversations with a “friend” or reading different variations of my DMP that have been developed the last seven weeks helps to bring clearness and accuracy in building it where it first needs to take form, in the world within.

But why is it so important, this visualization?

Because as Haanel points out in 6.18, by firmly holding this clear mental image “the ways and means will develop; supply will follow the demand; you will be led to do the right thing at the right time and in the right way.” For the attainment of the DMP results from three things Earnest Desire (feeling), Confident Expectation (thought) and Firm Demand (will). In other words thoughts charged with feeling creates belief that leads to habits and a new reality or blueprint takes hold. Powerful stuff isn’t it?
